Your local community venue for Groups, Meetings,  Activities and Functions

The Gatty Memorial Hall was built as a memorial to the Reverend Dr. Alfred Gatty, who was vicar of St Mary’s - Ecclesfield from 1839 to 1903. The building was paid for by public subscription and cost £1,300 to build.

The large hall complete with stage can seat over 100 people in comfort, chairs and folding tables are available 'on-site'.

The Gatty Hall is now run and managed by a Charitable Trust which is administered by volunteers for the benefit and use of the local community.

It offers excellent facilities for community groups or private parties and has a large spacious Hall complete with Stage, a range of side rooms and kitchen facilities.

The Gatty is the perfect venue for:

Badminton, Keep-Fit, Dancing and Concerts

Family Occasions and Celebrations

Talks, Group Meetings and Activities

The large hall and side rooms are available for hire at very competitive rates.
